Continuum of Care Funding 2017
Delaware's 2017 Continuum of Care Funding Application is complete. Housing Alliance Delaware would like to thank everyone who worked so hard to completed this funding request. We are honored to work with so many people and agencies in Delaware that are dedicated to addressing and ending homelessness!
This year the Delaware Continuum of Care is applying for $8,315,805.00 in CoC funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Our funding request to HUD includes $457,751 in new funds to create new permanent supportive housing and rapid re-housing projects here in our state. The total request being submitted includes funds for Transitional Housing, Coordinated Entry (Centralized Intake), Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), Permanent Supportive Housing, Rapid Re-Housing, Joint Transitional-Rapid Re-Housing, and Continuum of Care Planning efforts. Please follow the links below to review the full Collaborative Application, Project Priority Listing, and Project Ranking.
The Collaborative Application is completed by Housing Alliance Delaware, the CoC Lead Agency, with the help and input from many partners throughout the state.
HUD requires each Continuum of Care to rank all homeless assistance projects that are submitted for funding using objective performance criteria. Each CoC is also required to place a certain amount of funding in Tier 1 and Tier 2.
